Job Purpose "This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd." Duties and Responsibilities Recruit / Induct, Handhold and motivate team members Meet Annual goals / revenue target and manage profitability Ensure individual and team member performance as per desired norms Ensure compliance as per regulator and organization guidelines Follow RMS policy as per organization guidelines Generate cross sell revenue Keep Self-updated on financial markets Market a full range of Wealth Management products and services in a diversified manner to existing and new clients Liaison with Centralized Dealing desk to generate higher revenue Customer focus approach Required Qualifications and Experience 8 -10 years of experience in Financial industry and minimum 5- 7 years experience in Broking & Distribution MBA from reputed college Good communication skills Can communicate fluently in local language A team player with good initiative and team spirit NISM & MF Advisory certification
