Unit Manager - IT/Senior Unit Manager - IT - About The Role
Unit Manager - IT / Senior Unit Manager - IT
Job Purpose
This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd.Duties and Responsibilities

Work as part of IT Compliance team for one of the largest NBFC - BFL.

Jointly own, execute, and manage Annual Operating Plan (AOP) of IT Compliance unit under the guidance of National Head.

Execute and manage compliance reviews in the areas of IT General Controls, mainly comprising Application Controls (Technical & Functional).

Execute and manage infrastructure compliance areas covering domains such as server, endpoint, network, and information security.

Independently execute and manage application compliance reviews in the areas of IT controls including:

Application User Management

Application Change Management

Application Security

Data Security (PII data controls, data handling controls, etc.)

Work with a dynamic and growing team having diversified experience (CAs/Engineers/MBAs).

Maintain a sound academic background along with agility to adapt to new changes and implement state-of-the-art review processes.

Soft s

Demonstrate work execution s to handle day-to-day review, tracking, closure, and reporting.

Develop rapport with IT teams to add value through audit recommendations.

Collaborate with technical and other teams, and constantly challenge the status quo for value addition.

Required Qualifications and Experience

BE/B.Tech/CA/CISA/MBA with 2-7 years of experience in a similar role. Aspiring for CISA/CISSP or similar qualification, or completed MBA is an added advantage.

Willingness to work in a Compliance function conducting IT reviews.

Good academic knowledge of relevant domains and ability to stay updated with latest technologies.

Motivated, self-starter, agile, quick learner, with good oral and written communication and analytical s.
