Unit Manager - Investment (E Branch)

Job Description:

• Identify, meet the potential leads who want to be an entrepreneur and explain to them about the business opportunities and convince them to start the Financial Products Distribution business and become a Financial Products Distributor / Partner.
• Providing financial products training to Distributors for Business Development.
• Plan activities and strategies for business development for distributors.
• Educate the partners about product portfolio, services offers and also evaluate them on sales performance, recommend improvements.
• Develop positive working relationships with partners to build business.

1) Products: Mutual Funds, Insurance, Loan Against Security (LAS), Bonds etc.
2) Business targets: Recruitment of Financial Products Distributor, Product sales etc.

System & Process
(1) Following the internal sales process by updating all the activities in the online system.(2) Comply with all rules and regulations of the company as well as following industry norms.

Skills Required:
- Mutual Funds, Financial Product and Sales knowledge is preferable- Willing to Work For Sales- Good convincing Power & Good Communications skills both verbal and written- A Positive and go getter attitude & strong team culture

Required Candidate profile :
Qualification : MBA/PGDM Freshers or Graduates with minimum 2 years of Relevant ExperienceArea of Expertise : FINANCE, SALES & MARKETING

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
