UNIT MANAGER - INSURANCE

Role Overview: You will play a crucial role in developing the insurance business in your assigned area by providing support to the Sales Team. Your responsibilities will include strategic planning for business development of insurance products in coordination with the Branch Manager. Additionally, you will be responsible for training the advisors on Product, Processes, and Policies as defined by the Head office. Building and maintaining relationships with insurance companies, as well as liaising for various activities, will be a key part of your role. You will also be involved in activity planning, execution, and overall management. Operational assistance to various mapped branches for logins and issuance will also be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will play a role in conducting Business Opportunity Presentations to bring new advisors into the business.
