Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Delhi, India, for a Unit Manager Haryana. The Unit Manager will oversee the daily operations of the unit, manage staff, and ensure adherence to company policies and standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with different departments, handling client relations, managing inventory, and ensuring the smooth functioning of security systems. The Unit Manager will also be responsible for driving sales, implementing business strategies, and addressing any operational issues that arise.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of security systems, including CCTV, Access Control, and Fire systems
• Experience in sales management and team leadership
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement business strategies
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong inventory and logistics management skills
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Prior experience in the security industry is a plus
