Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for recruiting and training advisors, ensuring they provide the right financial solutions to customers, achieving monthly business targets, and maintaining business quality metrics in the insurance sales role for the Agency business. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and recruit high-quality advisors to establish a strong advisor base - Conduct continuous training on products, business processes, and selling techniques for advisors - Assist advisors in lead generation, prospecting, and business development - Ensure advisors offer appropriate financial solutions based on customer needs and comply with business processes and norms - Meet monthly business targets for new business generation and advisor recruitment - Align selling activities of advisors with all business quality metrics - Act as the primary contact for customers to verify concerns and seek validation from authorities - Exercise due diligence at the initial level to prevent unauthorized or fraudulent transactions - Preference will be given to candidates willing to work across various locations.
