We focus on quality service, latest trends, and personalized grooming experiences. We are looking for skilled and passionate hairstylists who can deliver excellent results for both men and women. Role Summary As a Unisex Hairstylist, you will be responsible for providing professional hair services including cutting, styling, coloring, and basic treatments. You should be confident working with both male and female clients and capable of understanding client preferences to deliver satisfying results. Key Responsibilities 1. Hair Services Perform haircuts, trims, blow-drying, and styling for men and women. Provide basic to advanced hair coloring (global, highlights, root touch-ups). Carry out hair treatments such as spa, smoothening, keratin (if skilled). Recommend suitable hairstyles and treatments based on face shape and hair type. 2. Client Experience Greet clients warmly and understand their styling requirements clearly. Maintain a professional and friendly attitude at all times. Educate clients on after-care and hair maintenance products. 3. Hygiene & Salon Standards Maintain cleanliness of workstations, tools, and equipment. Follow hygiene and safety standards strictly. Ensure proper use and care of salon products and tools. 4. Team Coordination Work closely with other stylists, assistants, and reception staff. Support junior staff when required and ensure smooth daily operations. Requirements Experience: 1–5+ years of experience as a unisex hairstylist. Freshers with strong practical skills may also be considered. Skills: Proficiency in men’s and women’s haircutting & styling. Basic knowledge of hair coloring and treatments. Good communication skills (Hindi required; basic English preferred). Attitude: Passion for hairstyling and grooming. Willingness to learn new trends and techniques.
