Job Title: Restaurant Steward / Waiter Company: Just BLR Restaurants & Bar Location: Brigade Road, Bengaluru, Karnataka Job Type: Full-time (6 days a week) Salary Range: ₹14,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience)

We cater to a lively crowd of Millennials and Gen Z, offering a mix of casual dining, rooftop vibes, and premium beverages. We are looking for energetic staff who can match the high energy of our venue. Role Summary As a Steward at Just BLR, you are the face of our guest experience. You will be responsible for greeting guests, taking orders accurately, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that every customer leaves with a positive impression. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with loud music and a busy crowd.

Key Responsibilities 1. Guest Service & Order Taking Warmly greet guests and escort them to their tables. Present menus and provide detailed information on dishes, ingredients, and drink pairings (cocktails/mocktails). Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system immediately. Make recommendations to guests to upsell specials or signature drinks. 2. Service Delivery Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently. Check in with guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction ("Is everything to your liking?"). Refill water glasses and clear empty plates/glassware proactively. 3. Maintenance & Hygiene Set up tables with clean linen, cutlery, and glassware before service starts. Maintain strict cleanliness in the dining area and service stations. Ensure proper handling of glassware and crockery to minimize breakage. 4. Coordination Communicate special requests or allergy information clearly to the kitchen/bar staff. Assist colleagues during peak hours (Friday/Saturday nights) to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements Experience: 0–10+ years of experience in a restaurant, cafe, or pub setting. (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply). Education: Class 10th/12th pass preferred. Skills: Basic knowledge of food & beverage service (holding trays, table setting). Ability to communicate clearly in English (knowledge of Kannada/Hindi is a plus). High energy and ability to stand/walk for long shifts (8+ hours). Attitude: Friendly, polite, and able to remain calm under pressure during busy weekend shifts.
