Job Description

Role Overview: As a Unified Communication/VOIP professional, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication systems for the organization. Your expertise in communication protocols (TCP/IP) and routing protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF) along with VoIP protocols will be crucial for the smooth functioning of the network. Additionally, your familiarity with Cisco Call manager, Unity, Cube, Gateways (SIP, MGCP, H.323), and contact center systems will be essential for the effective management of communication services. Being able to work in 24x7 rotational shifts is a requirement for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate a good understanding of communication protocols (TCP/IP) and routing protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF) as well as other VoIP protocols. - Work with Cisco Call manager, Unity, Cube, Gateways (SIP, MGCP, H.323), and contact center systems to ensure smooth operations. - Ability to work in 24x7 rotational shifts to provide continuous support for communication systems. Qualifications Required: - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders. - Technical certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or related certifications are preferred for this role.,
