Opportunity for the post of USG Technician for our hospital in Mahim on yearly fixed term renewable contract on hospital payroll.

Qualification: Graduate with Diploma in Radiography / B.Sc Radiography

Experience: 2+ years

About the Role:
As an Ultrasound Technician at Hinduja Hospital, you will be responsible for assisting ultrasound & color doppler examinations and procedures. You will collaborate closely with Radiology consultants. The role requires adherence to safety protocols and maintenance of equipment for optimal performance.About the Team:You will be part of a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, including radiologists, nurses, and administrative staff. The team emphasizes a patient-centered approach, working together to provide accurate diagnostic information and support to patients. Continuous learning and professional development are encouraged within the team environment to stay updated with advancements in ultrasound technology and practices.You are Responsible for:

- Attending patients for various scans & procedures
- Assisting Radiologists in ultrasound & color doppler examinations & procedures.- Preparing patients for procedures, ensuring comfort and understanding of the process.- Maintaining accurate records of imaging studies and compliance with respect to PCPNDT protocols.- Ensuring proper maintenance and sanitization of ultrasound & color doppler equipment's in accordance with hospital protocols.- Excellent communication skills to interact with patients and medical staff.- An empathetic mindset to maintain high-quality standards in patient care.

- Raising indents and maintaining medical and general store items.
