Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of UK business tax clients (corporation tax and partnership tax returns)
Ensure timely compliance with client and HMRC filing/payment deadlines
Provide ad-hoc tax advice under manager supervision
Liaise with internal teams (accounting, payroll, cosec, etc.)
Support client relationship management and maintain communication
Assist on cross-functional tax projects (including US tax team)
Contribute to business planning and budget discussions
Deliver on-the-job training to non-tax personnel
Identify client risks and escalate to Tax Manager
Assist with corporate tax compliance forms: P11D/PSA, Form 42
Support tax-related process improvements and controls

Qualifications & Experience:

Preferably qualified in accountancy, law, or taxation (ATT desirable)
Experience with UK business tax compliance and client management
Exposure to corporate risk and control processes
Understanding of multiple disciplines (tax, legal, accounting)

Skills Required:

Strong UK tax compliance knowledge
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Strong planning and organizational skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and accuracy
Proactive and self-motivated
