Share your Cvs on - (neha@clarityconsulting.in) Key Responsibilities: Perform end-to-end payroll processing, ensure accuracy and timelines Conduct regular payroll audits and checks to ensure accuracy and address discrepancies Hands on experience with manual payroll calculations on below activates: Tax (PAYE, Employee tax related queries and calculation) National Insurance (NIC) Overpayment Calculations Pension contributions and Auto-enrolment process Leavers, Joiners, Terminations Statutory pay such as (SMP/SPP, SSP, SHPP) etc P11D process Payroll Reconciliation of RTI and monthly reports (FPS, EPS, & GTN) Identify process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all payroll-related activities
