The role of an Associate involves reporting to the Team Leader and escalating any issues related to client servicing to the direct line manager. It is crucial for the Associate to proactively ensure that all errors and issues are resolved in a timely manner. Desired characteristics for this role include proficiency in written and spoken English, being a motivated self-starter with a high level of integrity, intensity, and activity coupled with a can-do attitude. The ideal candidate should possess a disciplined, process-oriented work style and be able to work effectively under pressure.
