UK Payroll Associate

As an Associate in this role, you will be responsible for comprehending the services offered to clients and adhering to all agreed processes and procedures without the need for constant supervision from your line manager. Your duties will include participating in assigned training programs, attending team meetings, feedback sessions, and seeking clarification when necessary to ensure clarity on processes and deliverables. Punctuality and regular attendance are crucial aspects of this position, with any planned absences being communicated in advance. Reporting to the Team Leader, you will be expected to escalate any client servicing issues to your direct line manager. Your primary responsibilities will involve updating client information (e.g., modifications, personal details) monthly in accordance with company policies and the appropriate approval level. It is essential to ensure that all outputs comply with state and federal regulations. Proactive resolution of errors and issues in a timely manner is a key aspect of this role. To qualify for this position, you must hold a Graduate degree in any discipline, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, demonstrate the ability to work well under pressure, work effectively both independently and as part of a team, and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft tools, particularly Excel.,
