Job Description

We are looking for a skilled UK Accounts Manager with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our team in Gurugram, Noida, Alwar, and Baroda. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance.

Roles and Responsibility

Review and prepare financial statements from clients' books on FRS 102, FRS 102 1A, and FRS 105.
Prepare Year-End Accounts, including Bank Reconciliation, Depreciation account, Debtors ledger reconciliation, Creditors ledger reconciliation, VAT reconciliation, and PAYE reconciliation.
Reconcile and streamline the company's accounting records system by inputting all payments, expenses, and other financial transactions in accounting software.
Investigate possible errors or problems in the company's financial books by checking other documentation and notifying management when necessary.
Manage corporate tax compliance on behalf of clients, including submission of tax returns.
Provide business tax advice to clients on developing and implementing tax-efficient structures.

Job Requirements

Chartered Accountant, M.B.A/PGDM, M.Com, or some tertiary coursework.
Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and finance.
Strong knowledge of UK accounting standards and regulations, including FRS 102, FRS 102 1A, and FRS 105.
Experience with accounting software such as IRIS, Alfa Tax, and Tax Calc.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
