Job Description

We are looking for a skilled UK Accounts Executive to join our team in Gurugram, Noida, Alwar, Baroda, and Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in accounting and taxation.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage the accuracy and timely processing of quarterly VAT returns for UK client companies.
Review and prepare financial statements from clients' books on FRS 102, FRS 102 1a, and FRS 105.
Prepare Year-End Accounts, including bank reconciliation, depreciation accounts, debtors ledger reconciliation, creditors ledger reconciliation, VAT reconciliation, and PAYE reconciliation.
Reconcile and streamline company accounting records by inputting all payments, expenses, and other financial transactions into accounting software.
Maintain general ledger accounts by creating journal entries, reconciling accounts receivable, preparing monthly accruals, and analyzing and reconciling accounts payable ledgers.
Adhere to financial procedures and finalize accounts as per statutory requirements and financial & operational controls to improve the P&L scenario.

Job Requirements

Experience in UK Accounting with knowledge of FRS 102, FRS 102 1a, and FRS 105.
Strong understanding of VAT, income tax provision, and accounting principles.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Proficient in using accounting software such as Alfa Tax, IRIS, and Tax Calc.
A B.Com or Chartered Accountant degree is required; some tertiary coursework is also acceptable.
