UK Accounts Executive

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced UK Accounts Executive to join our team in Gurugram, Noida, Alwar, and Baroda. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in accounting and taxation, with expertise in UK Accounting.

• Manage the accuracy and timely processing of quarterly VAT Returns for UK client companies.
• Review and prepare financial statements from clients' books on FRS 102, FRS 102 1a, and FRS 105.
• Prepare Year-End Accounts, including bank reconciliation, depreciation accounts, debtors ledger reconciliation, creditors ledger reconciliation, VAT reconciliation, and PAYE reconciliation.
• Reconcile and streamline company accounting records by inputting all payments, expenses, and other financial transactions into accounting software.
• Maintain records of total sales and VAT collected, as well as total purchases and VAT paid.
• Record and maintain Sales, Purchases, and Expenses in their respective accounting heads.
• Prepare Vat reports of UK companies quarterly and communicate with clients to file them in a timely manner.
• Record Bills, Invoices, and review them for VAT collected and paid.
• Maintain general ledger accounts by creating journal entries, reconciling accounts receivable, preparing monthly accruals, and analyzing and reconciling accounts payable ledgers.
• Adhere to financial procedures and finalize accounts as per statutory requirements and financial & operational controls to improve the P&L scenario.
• Perform categorization and execute reconciliations of bank transactions on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Prepare invoices and raise bills on a monthly basis, and write emails for month-end queries resolving them through emails.
• Facilitate payroll coordination and month-end close.

• Chartered Accountant or M.Com degree.
• 1-5 years of experience in accounting and taxation.
• Expertise in UK Accounting, including knowledge of FRS 102, FRS 102 1a, and FRS 105.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
