UK Accountant

We are looking for a skilled UK Accountant with 2 to 8 years of experience to join our team in Gurgaon, Noida, and Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with expertise in managing quarterly VAT returns and financial statements.

• Manage the accuracy and timely processing of quarterly VAT returns for UK client companies.
• Review and prepare financial statements from clients' books on FRS 102, FRS 102 1a, and FRS 105.
• Prepare Year-End Accounts, including bank reconciliation, depreciation account, debtors ledger reconciliation, creditors ledger reconciliation, VAT reconciliation, and PAYE reconciliation.
• Reconcile and streamline company accounting records by inputting all payments, expenses, and other financial transactions into accounting software.
• Maintain records of total sales and VAT collected, as well as total purchases and VAT paid.
• Record and maintain sales, purchases, and expenses in their respective accounting heads.
• Handle journal entries, reconciling accounts receivable, preparing monthly accruals, and analyzing and reconciling accounts payable ledgers.
• Adhere to financial procedures and finalize accounts as per statutory requirements and financial & operational controls to improve P&L scenario.
• Perform categorization and execute reconciliations of bank transactions on a weekly and monthly basis.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of FRS 102, FRS 102 1a, and FRS 105.
• Experience in managing quarterly VAT returns and financial statements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Qualification: B.Com or M.Com.
