UI/UX Testing

As a Senior Analyst specializing in UI UX Testing, you will be based in Trivandrum and play a crucial role in ensuring the accessibility and usability of our digital products. Your main responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating a strong understanding of WCAG 2.1/2.2 standards to ensure compliance and accessibility for all users. - Utilizing accessibility testing tools like WAVE, aXe, Microsoft Insights, and Color Contrast Analyzer to evaluate and enhance the accessibility of our digital assets. - Proficiency in using screen readers such as NVDA and VoiceOver to test and optimize the user experience for individuals with visual impairments. - Providing valuable feedback to developers and the Scrum Team on adherence to requirements, WCAG standards, and design principles, thereby contributing to the overall quality of our digital products. In addition to the must-have skills, the following qualities are desirable for this role: - Possessing a keen eye for detail to collaborate with UX/UI designers and developers in creating flawless and user-friendly interfaces, ultimately enhancing the overall user experience. - Familiarity with mobile app accessibility techniques to ensure consistent accessibility standards across different platforms. - Knowledge of assistive technologies used by individuals with disabilities and their interaction with digital products, enabling you to design and test for a diverse user base. - Ability to identify, document, and manage defects using JIRA, contributing to the continuous improvement of our digital products.
