Position: UI/UX Mentor

Location: Kochi, Kerala

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Mentor to guide and support aspiring designers in developing strong design thinking, research, and execution skills. The mentor will provide hands-on guidance, conduct design reviews, share industry insights, and help mentees build portfolio-ready projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor individuals and groups in UI/UX design fundamentals, design thinking, and usability best practices.
• Provide constructive feedback on wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
• Guide students/mentees through user research, persona creation, user flows, and usability testing.
• Share practical knowledge of industry-standard tools (Figma, Adobe XD, FigJam, Notion, etc.).
• Conduct design critiques, portfolio reviews, and mock interviews.
• Track mentee progress and offer personalized learning support.
• Inspire and motivate learners to pursue excellence in design.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Edapally, Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• total work: 1 year (Preferred)
• UI design: 1 year (Preferred)
