UI/UX Developer

The role involves designing and developing intuitive UI/UX for web and mobile applications, creating high-quality graphics, banners, and marketing materials aligned with branding, and enhancing e-commerce-focused web design for improved user engagement and conversions. Collaborating with developers to ensure design feasibility and smooth implementation, creating engaging marketing videos to support product promotions, and maintaining a consistent design language by managing design systems and style guides are key responsibilities. You will also take ownership of product brainstorming, user research, interaction design, and visual design, as well as conduct user research and usability testing to validate and refine designs. In terms of technical competencies, proficiency in UI/UX & Graphic Design Tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, Canva, etc., is required. Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and a basic understanding of TypeScript/JavaScript are preferred. Knowledge of design standards and best practices, including Google Material Design and Apple Human Interface Guidelines, is essential. Experience in designing for e-commerce websites and SaaS applications, as well as the ability to create and maintain design systems and style guides, are also important. Soft skills expected for this role include creative thinking, strong time management skills, ability to take constructive feedback and iterate designs effectively, strong collaboration and communication skills, attention to detail in design, proofreading, and grammar, good command of the English language, slang, and pop culture terminology (helpful for marketing). Other competencies required for this position include the ability to understand client requirements and translate them into design solutions, strong problem-solving skills to enhance user interactions and experiences, experience working in agile environments with iterative design improvements, and knowledge of A/B testing and user behavior analysis to refine designs.,
