You will be responsible for UI/UX Design, Front-End Development, Design Systems & Standards, and Cross-Functional Collaboration. In UI/UX Design, you will design wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile applications. You will translate business requirements and user feedback into interactive designs and create visually appealing interfaces that enhance user engagement. Additionally, you will conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive benchmarking to improve UX. For Front-End Development, your role will involve converting UI/UX designs into responsive, cross-browser compatible front-end code. You will develop reusable components using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js. Collaboration with backend developers and product managers to ensure seamless integration and optimizing application performance will also be part of your responsibilities. You will maintain and enhance design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints, including websites, apps, and portals. Working closely with marketing, branding, and tech teams to support digital campaigns, landing pages, and lead-gen assets will be essential. Collaborating with QA teams to ensure pixel-perfect UI delivery is also a key aspect of this role. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, UI/UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, along with 2-5 years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development. Proficiency in UI Design Tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and InVision, Front-End Tech like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and UX Skills such as Wireframing, Prototyping, Usability Testing, and User Research is required. Familiarity with version control systems like Git, experience with responsive and mobile-first design principles, and knowledge of real estate platforms (preferred but not mandatory) will be beneficial for this role.,
