The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for designing and developing user interfaces for web and mobile applications. You will collaborate with product managers and developers to understand requirements, create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups. The role also involves ensuring responsive and adaptive design implementation, optimizing user experience through usability testing, and staying updated with design and development trends. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining design systems, troubleshooting UI/UX issues, and providing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand requirements.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.
• Ensure responsive and adaptive design implementation.
• Optimize user experience through usability testing and feedback.
• Stay updated with design and development trends.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides.
• Troubleshoot UI/UX issues and provide solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Understanding of UX principles and usability testing.
• Familiarity with frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Preferred: Experience with motion design or animations.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
