UIUX Developer

Role Overview: You will be joining AlignX AI as a UIUX Designer to work on designing AI solutions that prioritize safety, transparency, and human values. Your role will involve shaping the user experience of a technical yet accessible product for engineers, QA teams, and product leaders. You will have the opportunity to make complex AI concepts accessible through intuitive design and seamless user experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Adobe Creative Suite for creating user interfaces - Engage in prototyping using tools like Figma, InVision, Principle, ProtoPie, and Framer - Apply development skills in HTML/CSS, JavaScript, with a preference for React/Vue - Collaborate effectively using tools like Zeplin, Miro, FigJam, Notion, and Slack - Conduct testing using tools such as Hotjar, Maze, UserTesting, and A/B testing tools Qualifications Required: - Possess 2+ years of experience with a versatile portfolio - Familiarity with technical products, and having an AI/ML background is a plus - Demonstrate a startup mindset with adaptability, self-direction, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Exhibit a passion for making complex technology accessible - Have strong design-to-development handoff experience About AlignX AI: AlignX AI is dedicated to building AI systems that are not only powerful but also trustworthy and beneficial for society.
