UI/UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer at Zigrow, you will play a crucial role in designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces for Zigrow's platform, both web and mobile. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research and competitor analysis to translate insights into design improvements. You will be required to create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize features and workflows effectively. Collaborating with product managers and developers will be essential to ensure seamless implementation of designs. Additionally, maintaining and evolving design systems, style guides, and brand consistency across products will be part of your role. Testing and iterating on designs based on feedback and usability testing will also be a key responsibility. It is important to stay updated with UI/UX trends, design principles, and emerging tools to excel in this role. Qualifications Required: - 12 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in startup/tech/SaaS industries - Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects for web or mobile platforms - Understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design - Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is optional but good to have - Ability to balance aesthetics with usability and business goals - Strong communication skills to effectively present and explain design decisions Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in designing SaaS products, dashboards, or multi-tenant platforms - Knowledge of accessibility standards such as WCAG - Experience working with design systems and component libraries - Ability to create micro-interactions and motion design for better UX Tools & Skills: - Design & Prototyping: Figma (primary), Adobe XD, Sketch - Graphic Design: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva (for quick creatives) - Research & Testing: Hotjar, Maze, or similar usability testing tools Zigrow offers you the chance to shape the UX of India's 1st AI website builder, providing creative freedom and ownership of projects from concept to execution.
