UI/UX Designer

At least 5+ years of solid experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful design solutions for complex web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the end-to-end user experience design process, from prototyping, user testing, and final implementation.
• Develop a clear UX vision for products, aligning with business objectives and user needs in the FinTech space.
• Good understanding of the user behaviour, motivations etc
• Ability to create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts and functionality.
• Design intuitive, and consistent user interfaces, adhering to modern design principles, accessibility standards
• Work closely with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into UX design
• Follow an iterative design process, continuously gathering feedback, and refining designs to optimize user satisfaction
• Analyse competitor offerings, and best practices in FinTech UI/UX design to ensure the products remain competitive and innovative.
• Solid understanding of user-centred design principles, and accessibility standards.
• Strong visual design insight with an excellent grasp of color theory, layout, and iconography.
• Create detailed wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively to the stakeholders.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment
• Should have worked in any version control system like Git, Bit bucket

Required Skills & Competency:

• Sound proficiency in prototyping tools:

o UI Design: Figma, Adobe XD, Canva (Figma is highly preferred).

o Prototyping: InVision, ProtoPie, Principle, or similar tools.

o Collaboration/Whiteboarding: Miro, Mural.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
