UI/UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer with 3-5 years of experience in designing digital products and services, your responsibilities will include collaborating with product managers and engineers to gather and evaluate user requirements. You will be tasked with illustrating design ideas through storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps, as well as designing graphic user interface elements such as menus, tabs, and widgets. Additionally, you will build page navigation buttons, search fields, and UI mockups and prototypes to showcase site functionality and appearance. Your role will involve creating original graphic designs, presenting drafts to internal teams and stakeholders, and identifying and troubleshooting UX problems for optimal user experience. Furthermore, you will be expected to conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback while adhering to style standards for fonts, colors, and images. To excel in this position, you should possess a portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for web and mobile platforms, along with proficiency in design software like Sketch, InVision, and Adobe Creative Suite. Knowledge of HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, and experience in designing interfaces for BPM, SaaS, and CRM applications are essential. You must be a team player with the ability to work independently, coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong multi-tasking and time-management abilities, along with the capacity to prioritize tasks, are key requirements for this role.
