Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows using Figma
Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business analysts to understand requirements
Conduct design reviews, usability testing, and user research to improve product experience
Build and maintain design systems, UI components, and style guides
Apply strong knowledge of graphics tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.) for design assets
Understand workflows of software platforms, accounting systems, or SaaS products to design user-friendly solutions
Stay updated with latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices
Required Skills
Proficiency in Figma (wireframing, prototyping, design systems - mandatory)
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) or other design tools
Knowledge of UX research, user testing, and design screening processes
Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset (finance/accounting background preferred)
Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS) is a plus
