UI/UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer at UpCodo Digital, you will be responsible for creating modern, intuitive, and user-friendly designs for various digital platforms. You will collaborate with product, development, and marketing teams to ensure the design solutions enhance the overall product experience. Your key responsibilities will include: - Creating modern, intuitive, and user-friendly designs for web applications, mobile apps, dashboards, and SaaS platforms - Producing wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma - Collaborating with development teams for smooth design handoff and accurate implementation - Conducting user research, analyzing requirements, and translating insights into functional design solutions - Developing and maintaining design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components - Ensuring consistency, responsiveness, and accessibility across all digital products - Improving existing designs through user feedback, usability testing, and data-driven decision-making - Staying updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, and best practices To excel in this role, you should possess: - 2-6 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio - Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Prototyping, etc. - Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy - Experience designing for mobile (Android/iOS) and web applications - Ability to simplify complex concepts into elegant and functional designs - Good understanding of user-centered design and responsive design principles - Experience with usability testing, wireframing, prototyping, and research - Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams Nice to have skills include knowledge of tools like Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, experience creating design systems for large-scale applications, basic understanding of HTML/CSS for better developer collaboration, and creative problem-solving skills.
