Job Brief

We are seeking an analytical, creative, and highly skilled UI/UX Designer to create exceptional software and platform experiences that precisely meet our users' needs. You will be instrumental in combining interfaces and workflows to significantly enhance the overall user experience, directly contributing to customer attraction and retention by making our product intuitive and user-friendly. A strong portfolio demonstrating successful UX strategies and technical project implementations is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

As our UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for driving the user experience lifecycle, including:

· User Research & Strategy:

· Conduct comprehensive user research, testing, and data analysis to deeply grasp user needs and underlying psychology.

· Develop detailed user personas based on research data.

· Keep abreast of competitor products and prevailing industry trends to inform design decisions.

· Design & Prototyping:

· Define the optimal interaction model and continually evaluate its success post-implementation.

· Develop initial wireframes, task flows, and high-fidelity prototypes centered around core customer needs.

· Find creative and effective solutions for complex UX challenges, such as usability and findability issues.

· Testing & Iteration:

· Organize and conduct concept and usability testing sessions, gathering critical feedback for iteration.

· Collaboration & Implementation:

· Collaborate closely with fellow Designers and Developers to translate design specifications into intuitive, user-friendly software.

· Work directly with UI Designers to ensure the visual implementation is attractive and maintains high design fidelity.

· Clearly and professionally communicate design ideas, specifications, and interactive prototypes to the development team.

Qualifications

· A Bachelor’s or Post-Graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant, equivalent field.

· A robust, demonstrable portfolio of successful UX projects.

Technical & Professional Skills

· UX Expertise: Hardcore UX experience in a B2B context, specifically creating applications for businesses.

· Domain Expertise: Proven experience with workflow applications (e.g., HRMS, Financial Systems) and Visual Analytics/Dashboarding displaying complex data.

· Platform Knowledge: Experience designing user interfaces for Web Applications and Mobile Applications (majorly Desktops, Tablets, and Phones).

· Tool Proficiency: Working expertise in industry-standard prototyping tools, such as Invision Studio, Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

· Information Architecture: Strong understanding of and experience with creating effective information structure and hierarchy.

· Core Competencies: Artistic eye for design, strong problem-solving skills, the ability to think creatively, and sound mathematical/logical aptitude (especially for data visualization).
