UI/UX Designer

Job Description

Job Designation: Engage in continuous learning and skill development with the guidance of experienced team members. Maintain precise records and documentation for project deliverables. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design. Conduct user research to understand user needs, preferences, and behaviors. Create wireframes and high-fidelity designs using Figma, Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator. Develop user flows, information architecture, and interaction design concepts. Collaborate with project managers, developers, and seniors. Demonstrate flexibility in addressing new obstacles and providing innovative ideas. Job Specifications: Graduation is compulsory. 1 to 1.5 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. Experience with user research, wireframing, visual design and interaction design. Ability to communicate design concepts and rationale effectively. Creative strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
