As a creative UI/UX Designer at Techdome, your role involves crafting intuitive and visually appealing interfaces by leveraging tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma. You will collaborate closely with diverse teams to translate user needs into captivating designs, prototype, test, and refine designs to ensure seamless user experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Develop intuitive and engaging user interfaces (UI) based on UX research. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups to visualize design concepts. - Conduct user research and testing to gather feedback for iterative design improvements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs align with user needs and business goals. - Implement design standards, guidelines, and best practices. - Continuously stay updated on industry trends and design technologies. Qualifications: - Proficiency in UI/UX design tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma. - Experience with user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing. - Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Portfolio showcasing successful UI/UX projects. Qualification Required: - Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience as a UI/UX designer with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification. - Previous experience in UI/UX design roles is advantageous. - Certifications or courses in UI/UX design are beneficial. - Ability to translate user needs into compelling design solutions effectively.
