UI/UX Designer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with a strong focus on designing marketing creatives for digital platforms. The ideal candidate will work closely with the marketing team to create engaging social media posts, banners, email graphics, landing page mockups, and other visual assets that align with our brand and marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design visually compelling graphics for social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), email campaigns, digital ads, and web banners.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to translate campaign concepts into effective visuals.
• Ensure consistency in branding, style, and tone across all digital marketing materials.
• Occasionally assist in creating simple UI mockups for landing pages or digital campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and tools relevant to digital marketing.
• Optimize assets for various platforms and formats (e.g., mobile, desktop, different aspect ratios).
• Maintain and organize a library of design templates and reusable assets.

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 6 months- 1 year of experience in a similar design role, preferably within a marketing or digital agency setting.

Skills:

• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or similar.
• Strong eye for visual composition, color, and typography.
• Understanding of social media formats, ad specifications, and best practices.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles (helpful but not mandatory).
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to take and implement feedback constructively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
