Job Title:

UI/UX Designer

Experience:

Location: Bangalore

We are looking for a

UI/UX Designer

who can design and deliver engaging, user-centric digital experiences. The ideal candidate should be skilled in creating end-to-end user journeys, high-fidelity prototypes, and intuitive interfaces that align with business goals and user needs.

Key Responsibilities

Develop end-to-end user journeys and interactive prototypes.
Conduct user research to gather insights and define user personas.
Create wireframes, mockups, and visual designs using Figma.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/SAFe environment.
Ensure design consistency and a seamless user experience across platforms.
Incorporate user feedback and usability findings into design iterations.

Required Skills

Proficiency in Figma, wireframing, and prototyping tools.
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and design thinking.
Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Prior experience working in Agile or SAFe frameworks.
