Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our ITS Platform team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in designing user-centric digital products, building modern web interfaces, and delivering high-quality prototypes that elevate user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive, responsive Web UI screens and interaction flows.
• Create high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and translate insights into design improvements.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Ensure design consistency, accessibility, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Iterate quickly based on feedback, data, and design best practices.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping).
• Hands-on experience in Web UI design, responsive layouts, and design systems.
• Proficiency in prototyping, wireframing, and user flows.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, user research, and usability testing.
• Ability to create visually appealing, user-friendly interfaces.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver pixel-perfect designs.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
