Job Title: UI/UX Designer

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate UI/UX Designer who can create seamless and beautiful user experiences. You will be responsible for translating our product vision into intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that enhance the user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and analyze user behavior and feedback to understand user needs
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative design solutions
• Design UI elements such as menus, tabs, widgets, and navigation components
• Ensure design consistency across all platforms and adhere to established brand guidelines
• Iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing, and performance metrics
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and emerging technologies to ensure our products remain modern and relevant

Qualifications:

Design Tools: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
User Research: Strong knowledge of user research methodologies and usability testing
Design Principles: In-depth understanding of layout, typography, color, and responsive design
Prototyping: Ability to create interactive prototypes to demonstrate design concepts
Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing your design projects, including examples of problem-solving, design processes, and final product outcomes

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with front-end development technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (not mandatory but a plus)
• Experience designing for accessibility and an understanding of WCAG guidelines
• Knowledge of motion design and creating micro-interactions
• Understanding of analytics and how to use data to drive design decisions

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
