UI/UX Designer Offshore (Reports & Dashboards for P&C Domain)
Role Overview
The Offshore Senior UI/UX Designer will lead the design and user experience strategy for reports and dashboards related to the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain. This role involves collaborating with technical teams and business stakeholders to create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces that enhance decision-making and data consumption.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and understand user needs for dashboards and reports
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high fidelity mockups for Power BI dashboards and other reporting tools
- Ensure designs align with usability principles, accessibility standards, and corporate branding guidelines
- Drive the end to end design process, from concept to final implementation, ensuring seamless user experience
- Collaborate with developers and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of UI/UX designs
- Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into iterative design improvements
- Document design specifications and provide guidance to offshore and onshore teams for consistent delivery
- Stay updated on UI/UX best practices and emerging trends in data visualization and BI tools
Required Skills & Experience
- 8 to 12 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong focus on dashboards and data visualization
- Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
- Familiarity with Power BI and other BI platforms for dashboard design
- Strong understanding of usability principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards
- Ability to translate complex data into intuitive visual representations
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder discussions and requirement gathering
- Experience in P&C Insurance domain is highly desirable.
