UI/UX Designer

You will play a key role as a UI/UX Designer in our team, where your primary responsibility will be creating intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences for our web and mobile applications. Your keen eye for design, understanding of user-centered design principles, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will be essential for success. Your main responsibilities will include translating business and user requirements into engaging UI designs and seamless UX flows. You will create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. Developing high-fidelity prototypes, mockups, and design systems will also be part of your daily tasks. Applying knowledge of typography, grids, color theory, and visual hierarchy to designs will be crucial. You will conduct user research, persona creation, and usability testing to validate design decisions. Ensuring that designs are responsive, consistent, and accessible across devices and platforms will be a priority. Collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions will be essential. It's important to stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to excel in this role. To qualify for this position, you must have proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role. Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar software is required. A strong understanding of human-centered design principles, experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user research, and knowledge of responsive design, accessibility standards, and information architecture are crucial. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential, and a strong portfolio showcasing past UI/UX work is required. While not mandatory, it would be beneficial to have basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for design handoff, experience with motion graphics/animations, and familiarity with Agile methodologies.,
