Roles and Responsibilities: Design and deliver high-quality user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience. Create complex dashboards and admin panels that are both functional and visually appealing. Develop corporate website designs that reflect the brand identity and meet client requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, project managers, and other designers to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve designs. Define Information Architecture and create user flows, wireframes, clickable prototypes, and mockups. Translate requirements into style guides, design systems, and eye-catching, usable user interfaces. Desired Candidate Profile : Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI design, specifically in a digital agency or IT services company. Proven experience in designing UI for web applications, mobile applications, complex dashboards, admin panels, and corporate websites. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar. Knowledge of Adobe CC (Photoshop and Illustrator) is a plus. Strong understanding of design standards, consistency, typography, iconography, color theory, style guides, accessibility, copyright, and brand compliance. Knowledge of design systems and component libraries. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
