UI/UX Designer

As a Designer (UI/UX) at our company based in Gurugram, Haryana, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Interaction design and pixel-perfect wireframe creation. - Conducting end-user usability studies and reviews, including designing A/B testing to enhance usability. - Creating personas and integrating personalization into applications. - Collaborating with the Product team to develop wireframes/mockups and ensure adherence to usability criteria. - Previous experience in designing mobile apps for iOS and Android is highly desirable. - Applying UX design best practices to create solutions and understanding mobile-first and responsive design principles. - Proficiency in standard UX software such as Sketch, Axure, InVision, Figma, and Adobe XD is essential. - Performing user research, user testing, and heuristic analysis. - Working closely with teams and stakeholders to deliver effective design solutions. Desired Experience: - Minimum of 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design. - Experience in designing web applications for product-based companies. - Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as an individual contributor. Qualifications Required: - B.Des/M.Des from premium institutes (IITs/IIITs) is preferred. - Open to working in the Gurgaon location and from the office.
