UI/UX Designer - Interaction Design

You will be responsible for interaction design and creating pixel-perfect wireframes. Conducting end-user usability studies and reviews, as well as designing A/B testing to enhance usability. You will be required to create personas and integrate personalization into applications. Collaboration with the Product team to develop wireframes/mockups ensuring usability standards are met. Previous experience in designing mobile apps for iOS/Android is advantageous. You must apply UX design best practices to create solutions and have a good grasp of mobile-first and responsive design principles. Proficiency in standard UX software such as Sketch, Axure, InVision, Figma, and Adobe XD is a must. Conducting user research, user testing, and heuristic analysis will also be part of your responsibilities. Working closely with teams and stakeholders to deliver design solutions is crucial. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design and a background in designing web applications for product-based companies. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently as a contributor are essential. Preference will be given to candidates with a B.Des/M.Des from reputed institutes such as IITs/IIITs.
