UI/UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer at GlobalLogic, you will play a crucial role in the Usability Group by leading complex user research initiatives, translating insights into actionable design recommendations, and mentoring junior team members. Your deep expertise in research methodologies, strong analytical skills, and effective communication with stakeholders will be key to success in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Independently plan, design, and execute complex user research studies including usability testing, interviews, surveys, field studies, and diary studies. - Analyze research data to identify user needs, pain points, and behaviors, and translate findings into clear and compelling reports and presentations. - Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to integrate user insights into the product development lifecycle. - Develop and refine user interface structures, wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes for complex features and products. - Mentor and guide junior UX Analysts and Associate Usability Analysts on research methodologies and best practices. - Drive adoption of advanced UX practices such as AI-enhanced user analysis, sophisticated personalization strategies, and cutting-edge interaction patterns. **Skills & Knowledge Requirements:** - 6-8 years of relevant experience - Advanced proficiency in qualitative and quantitative user research methods and analysis. - Expertise in using design and prototyping tools such as Figma, and experience leveraging AI-driven tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar) for research analysis and ideation. - A comprehensive online portfolio demonstrating a mature design process, successful UX/Product outcomes, and mastery of Design Thinking methodologies. - Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence design strategy based on user insights.
