As a creative designer at Inovies, you will be responsible for designing innovative creatives for digital media to create a high impact across clients. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Must have an excellent Visualization & Design Sense. - Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). - Knowledge of HTML and CSS. - Creative and innovative with an eye for aesthetics. - Ability to conceptualize and transform ideas into effective communication. - Develop graphics and layouts for Social Media, Websites, Infographics, Mobile Apps, Mobile Websites, etc. - Collaborate with the account team, strategy team, and copywriters to develop concepts and present them to management. - Provide creative, out-of-the-box ideas and solutions in compliance with client guidelines. - Demonstrate futuristic thinking and out-of-the-box implementation skills. Qualifications required for this role include: - Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability, and originality. - Up-to-date with software and technologies. - Proficiency in all design aspects. - Ability to interact, communicate, and present ideas effectively. - Demonstrable graphic design skills.
