UI/UX Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a creative and dynamic UI/UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly designs for web and mobile applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and marketers, to ensure that our products meet the needs of our users. Responsibilities: Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand user needs and business requirements Design user interfaces and user experiences for web and mobile applications, using industry-standard tools such as Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders Conduct user research, including surveys, usability testing, and user interviews, to gain insights into user behavior and preferences Analyze data and user feedback to continually improve our products’ user experience Collaborate with developers to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and efficiently Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices, and share your knowledge with the team Participate in design reviews and critiques, providing constructive feedback to your peers Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite Experience with user research methods such as surveys, usability testing, and user interviews Understanding of user-centered design principles and practices Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment Portfolio demonstrating a range of design work and your design process What We Offer: Competitive salary + Bonus Remote work flexibility Opportunities for professional growth and learning Collaborative and inclusive work environment Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Monday to Friday Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: total work: 2 years (Required) Work Location: In person
