Job Description

Toptel Multimedia is looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer Faculty who can train students in User Interface & User Experience Design with practical, project-based teaching. The candidate should have strong design skills and industry experience in modern tools and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Teach UI/UX Design from basic to advanced levels
• Deliver sessions on:
• UX Research
• User Personas & Journey Mapping
• Wireframing
• Prototyping
• UI Design Principles
• Typography, Color Theory, Layouts
• Mobile & Web App Design
• Design Systems
• Teach tools like: Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator
• Give practical tasks and project assignments
• Guide students in building strong portfolio projects
• Conduct assessments, feedback sessions, and revisions
• Stay updated with current design trends and industry standards
• Coordinate with the academic team for planning course modules

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer
• Strong command of Figma (mandatory)
• Deep understanding of UX processes & creative problem-solving
• Knowledge of design tools like Photoshop/Illustrator
• Good communication & presentation skills
• Experience in training or mentoring (preferred)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design/IT/Multimedia or related field
• Strong design portfolio (required)
