UI/UX Designer

You should be from the Telecom domain to be considered for this role. As a UI/UX Designer with experience or interest in the telecom industry, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, responsive, and critical user interfaces for various telecom applications. This includes emergency response systems, dispatch platforms, mobile field applications, and analytics dashboards. Your deep understanding of user-centered design, accessibility, and system usability in high-pressure environments will be crucial for this role. You will collaborate with product managers, software engineers, telecom subject matter experts (SMEs), and end-users to understand user needs and workflows. Your responsibilities will include designing wireframes, mockups, user flows, prototypes, and interactive UI components for desktop, mobile, and web-based systems. It is important to develop and maintain UI/UX design systems and documentation to ensure consistency across products. You will also translate complex operational tasks into user-friendly workflows and interfaces. Being part of Agile development cycles, you will participate in sprint planning, reviews, and demos. Prioritizing real-time usability, low cognitive load, and error-prevention in design for high-stress use cases will be essential. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX. Proficiency in design tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, Axure, or similar is required. A strong portfolio demonstrating experience with data-rich, workflow-oriented applications is essential. Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) would be a plus. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are necessary for this role. You should also be able to work under strict timelines and handle ambiguity in evolving environments effectively.,
