Role Overview:

We are seeking a world-class UI/UX Designer who will translate marketing and GTM strategies into visually stunning, high-conversion digital experiences. You’ll work closely with our GTM Specialist, Marketing Manager, and Web Development team to design website pages, campaign visuals, landing pages, and interactive content that elevate the Auxiliobits brand and drive engagement.

This is a hands-on creative role — ideal for someone who combines strategic design thinking with flawless visual execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive, modern, and responsive website and landing page layouts aligned with campaign objectives.

• Create visual assets for marketing campaigns (social media creatives, infographics, banners, thumbnails, etc.).

• Collaborate with the GTM and content teams to turn ideas into high-impact digital experiences.

• Develop and maintain UI/UX design systems ensuring consistency across all brand touchpoints.

• Conduct quick user experience testing and optimize for conversion and engagement.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation and brand fidelity.

Requirements:

• 3–6 years of UI/UX design experience in a SaaS or tech-driven organization.
• Strong proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools.
• Experience designing responsive web and mobile layouts.
• Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and web interaction trends.
• Strong visual storytelling skills with a portfolio showcasing design excellence.
• Exposure to AI/automation or B2B enterprise technology is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,265.90 - ₹49,720.83 per month
