You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create intuitive and engaging user experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and implement new UI/UX designs to meet user needs and business objectives. - Optimize and enhance existing user interface designs to improve usability and functionality. - Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis for continuous improvement. - Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visually communicate design ideas effectively. - Illustrate design concepts using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps. - Ensure consistency in design language across all digital products by following style standards. - Identify and troubleshoot UX problems like responsiveness and accessibility issues. - Collaborate closely with developers for seamless implementation of designs. - Make layout adjustments based on user feedback and analytics data. - Stay updated with UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field. - Minimum 2 years of experience in UI/UX design.
