Job Overview-

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our creative team. You will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications. This role requires a balance of creativity, design thinking, and technical skills to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities-

1. Understand business and user needs to design effective UI/UX solutions.

2. Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.

3. Develop user flows, journey maps, and personas to guide the design process.

4. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to implement designs.

5. Conduct user research and usability testing to identify improvements.

6. Ensure consistency in design systems, branding, and style guides.

7. Stay up-to-date with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Skills-

1. Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio of web and mobile projects.

2. Figma / Adobe XD – UI design & prototyping.

3. Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator – graphic assets creation.

4. Miro / Whimsical – brainstorming & wireframing.

5. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.

6. Experience with responsive design and accessibility standards.

7. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

8. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

9. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end principles.

10. Experience designing for multiple platforms (iOS, Android, Web).

11. Familiarity with motion design tools (After Effects, Lottie).

Qualification-

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
