Job Description
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing intuitive user interfaces and delightful user experiences across web and mobile platforms.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to understand project goals and user requirements.
2. Design wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas effectively.
3. Create visually appealing UI elements, including icons, graphics, and layouts.
4. Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and implement improvements to enhance user experience
5. Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and align with current UI/UX design trends.
6. Work closely with developers to ensure seamless design handoff and implementation.
7. Maintain design consistency and brand standards across all platforms.
Job Requirement
1. Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (preferred).
2. Minimum 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
3. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.
4. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
5. Ability to design for multiple devices (web, mobile, tablet) with a responsive mindset.
6. Experience creating prototypes, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs.
7. Familiarity with tools for collaboration and project management (Jira, Trello, Slack, etc.).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
